When my last daughter was born I went bananas with onsies for her. I learned how to tye-dye and when that got old I’d cut appliques out of outgrown (or ugly!) dyed outfits and make new ones. I also embroidered quite a few and everyone I know who has a baby ends up with snap suits; they’re just SO much fun to make!

Altered baby onesies are a great gift for mommy’s baby showers. I’ve embroidered on them, appliqued, and even used the freezer paper stenciling method for baby onesies. So much fun!!

And then I paint over them with watercolor, creating many different colors of my words for collage. I cut them into smaller pieces and use as needed for different craft projects. These papers I made for a workshop I did with a bunch of executives where they made handmade wish inspiration jars.
