Well I used to be fascinated with how you could peel hot glue off of everything… When I was about 14 I thought it would be fun to pull it off my thumb nail. Well dab of hot glue, some serious pain, and a bruised nail bed later, I learned my lesson!

    🙂

I love using hot glue; I just get a little intimidated by it (I’m very clumsy and burn myself often). I’ve been wanting to create a few more things; and these would help. Thanks so much for the chance!!! 🙂

I have a love/hate relationship with my glue gun. I love using it, and use it with most of my crafts, but I have burned my fingers so many times I just want to unplug it and put it far back in the closet! Thanks for the chance to win an awesome solution to my problem!

I follow you in Google Reader! I majorly burned my thumb and two fingers this Christmas and had to go to bed with a washcloth filled with ice. I had no idea it could be that painful! I’ve been hot gluing for years and never burnt that bad before! Thanks for the chance to win!

Thanks for the giveaway opportunity! Over 20 years ago when I got married it was quite a DIY affair. Our theme was th 1930’s, and I wanted to decorate with vintage hat boxes filled with little vintage items (hats, handbags, gloves, men’s accessories, hankies, vintage toiletries). I made all the hat boxes from scratch cardboard and covered them in vintage fabric. Hours and hours of hot-gluing later, and I walked down the isle with my hands covered in blisters. We hadn’t come a long way in the glue gun world since then, until now. Thank you for your ingenious products!

    March 1, 2011 at 5:15 am

How exciting! I might just start watching the HSN channel now. As far as stories go, just the usual burns and blisters. Thanks for the opportunity to end all that!

following you now! woo hoo LOVE HSN and their products. They always have top notch items on their shows and yours looks like it will be right up there. You will do great. Good luck!

Well, I don’t think there is room enough for my hot glue gun story…let’s just say I could have stolen an expensive painting at a museum after the ordeal….because I had NO fingerprints left…I can laugh now but a trip to the ER was not fun! Need I say more!! I have put off using my hotglue gun many a times because of the ordeal but do still love it.

And if that’s the truth, we are in big trouble! Pick me (us!) !

My step daughter and I made Valentines crafts this past month and poor thing she burned the crap out of her finger!!! I just told her “now your a true crafter! it happens to all of us….multiple times!” We would both be using this kit 🙂
