Photo Transfer with Mod Podge Craft Tutorial How To

Photo transfer is a technique for printing or embedding an image onto a surface such as wood, canvas, fabric, or metal.
-
Printing a photo (toner / laser printer). Reverse the image if it has text.
-
Applying Mod Podge Photo transfer medium to the printed side of the image.
-
Pressing the image onto the surface. Wait 24 hours.
-
Dampen the paper with a sponge. Rub in a circle motion removing the paper to reveal the transferred image.

A couple of tips for Photo Transfer:
- Make sure you wait the full 24 hours before you remove the paper.
- Don’t saturate the paper / image. Just dampen it.
- If your image has words make sure you reverse the words before printing.
- Regular copy paper works best.
- MUST be a toner / laser copy.
