
Turn plain Dollar Tree candles into spooky Halloween décor with this easy napkin decoupage craft. I’m teaching how to use Mod Podge Satin and how to create a fake drippy candle look with Hot Glue and Treasure Gold.
The napkins are from Dollar Tree and the Mod Podge that I used is Satin. You can see some of the supplies at my Amazon store front.

For the drippy look, I used hot glue around the top edge. I squeezed the glue at the top and let it drip down the side. I went around the top one time and let it cool and then I went around a second time. To finish it off, I added a bit more hot glue along the very top edge.

To finish off the design, I used a sponge paint brush and a detail paintbrush to paint the candle black. For this, I used Black FolkArt Chalk Paint and Gold Treasure Gold by FolkArt. I have some supplies linked at my Amazon store front.
